The renter (Us) is generally responsible for minor repairs and day-to-day maintenance, especially if they are the ones managing the property and its tenants.
The specifics of repair liability will; be clearly outlined in the rent-to-rent contract to avoid disputes.
What is a company let
A company let is a rental agreement where a business, rather than an individual, leases a property. In this arrangement, We Host A Home takes on the responsibilities of the tenant, using the property for serviced accommodation purposes. Company lets are typically longer-term and can offer landlords a stable rental income, as the company is responsible for maintaining the terms of the lease.

The property is cleaned after every stay or for long term stays we arrange bi weekly cleans.
